As a Bosch Factory Authorized Service Center we have the technical information and equipment needed to do the job right the first time. Each of our specialists attends a minimum of 50 hours of update training every year to assure we have the knowledge to properly service and repair the vehicles on which we specialize.

Through the use of a regularly updated AutoLogic and VAG equipment, the latest specifications, repair information and Technical Service Bulletins are kept at our Master Technicians fingertips. This allows us to have the correct information to perform needed work, and we can inform you of recalls or other pertinent information.

A complete history of every vehicle we service is maintained on the computer to assure a thorough and complete approach on every visit. If you decide to sell your vehicle, we provide a summary of all work done via carfax to assure top resale value for you.

Our unique 36 month or 36,000 mile written warranty on parts and labor applies to all repair work we perform. This is the most comprehensive warranty in the industry, which we are able to offer due to the highest quality parts and specialized technical abilities we utilize. Not even the dealer can offer this kind of warranty free of charge! Each of our technicians abides by a Code of Ethics that assures all work will be done in the most professional and ethical manner possible. Any services not provided in-house, such vehicle detailing or speedometer repair, are handled through selected vendors. For example, a complete detailing operation, Perfection Auto Detailing, is located in the building with us and works closely with us to provide their full spectrum of services to our customers. To take advantage of one-stop-shopping for your auto maintenance needs simply let us know and we will help you make all the arrangements.In the case of sublet repairs each of our vendor's work is fully covered by OUR warranty. In situations where we feel another facility can do a more cost-effective or complete job, we will simply refer you to that company. An example of this might be stereo installations, alarm installations, or glass replacement or body and paint work.
